Orders are processed within 1 business day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the courier assigned to your order:

Delivery Time Estimates

  • United States (DHL Express): Delivery within 5–8 business days

  • Saudi Arabia & GCC Countries (DHL Express, Aramex, SMSA ،Aymakan): Delivery within 3–6 business days

Any delivery delays after shipment are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. However, customers may contact us, and we will assist in following up with DHL Express, Aramex, SMSA ، Aymakan.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Customs Fees & Duties

  • Orders to Saudi Arabia & GCC Countries: Customs fees of approximately 15–20 SAR/AED may apply. These fees are charged by customs and collected by the carrier upon delivery.
